Conventional underwater thrusters adopt mechanical shaft seal transmission. The rotating shaft will continuously wear the sealing ring during long-term operation. Under deep-sea high pressure, seawater easily penetrates into the motor cavity, causing motor corrosion and short circuit; in addition, internal lubricating oil leakage will also cause marine environmental pollution.
Our magnetic coupling structure realizes non-contact power transmission between the internal drive motor and the external propeller. There is no physical penetration hole on the equipment shell, and the whole machine achieves complete full sealing. There is no gap for seawater to infiltrate, and no lubricant leaks outwards, thoroughly solving the inherent leakage defect of traditional underwater thruster.
