The project of "Development of a Serial Product Line of Electric Propulsion Systems for Submersibles", led and declared by Haoye Technology, has recently been awarded the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Chinese Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (CSNAME).
Jointly developed by Haoye Technology and Harbin Engineering University over a five-year period, the project has achieved breakthroughs in key technologies including the sealing technology and high-reliability design technology for full-ocean-depth electric propulsion systems. The products have been rated as internationally advanced and undergone extensive application verification in a multitude of domestic projects.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Science and Technology Awards of the Chinese Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, a total of 132 projects have been shortlisted for awards after a rigorous evaluation process comprising formal examination, preliminary review, appraisal by the Evaluation Committee and final approval by the Award Committee. Among them, there are 2 Innovation Team Awards; 0 Special Prizes, 4 First Prizes and 5 Second Prizes for Technological Inventions; as well as 8 Special Prizes, 48 First Prizes and 65 Second Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress.
